                                                                        ఏంటి ఇండియా మారలేదు అంటున్న అనుకుంటున్నారా..ఎక్కడ మారింది అందరూ రన్ చేస్తున్నాము మన లైఫ్ లో ఎంతలా  అంటే మనం మనుషులం అనే సంగతి మర్చిపోయి టెక్నాలజీ ని అడాప్ట్ చేసుకొని రన్ చేస్తున్నాము.. పక్కనే ఎవరైనా హెల్ప్ అన్నా మనకి వినిపించదు..ఏం నేర్పిస్తుంది మనకి సొసైటీ అనుకునే కంటే మనం ఏం నేర్చుకుంటున్నం అన్నది ఇంపార్టెంట్..


        One Nirbhaya,Asifa and Many more incidents which it didn't come to our notice..After these many incidents happened but there is # No Justice for Women..#No Safety..

After these many incidents also still some People are always raising questions..

Why she should go in midnight?

She could have call the police(100) instead of  her sister?

Why she wants to go out now?

These ridiculous questions  raised by some people..

ఇన్సిడెంట్స్ అయిపోయాక మన గవర్నమెంట్ ఏమైనా  Punishments Strong  గా ఉంటాయా  అంటే Answer is a big no..

అందుకే తప్పు చేసినవాడు దొరలాగ తిరుగుతున్నాడు..రేప్ చేస్తే హ్యాంగ్ అనే పనిష్మెంట్ వస్తే భయపడతారేమో ..కానీ మన ఇండియా లో అలాంటి punishments ఎప్పుడు వస్తాయో అప్పుడూ ఇండియా చేంజ్ అవుతుంది ...
మనం Gender discrimination లేకుండా ఎప్పుడు పిల్లల్ని పెంచుతామో  అప్పుడు సొసైటీ లో చేంజ్ వస్తుంది..ఎపుడూ ఒక అమ్మాయి బయటకి వెళ్తుందో భయం లేకుండా అప్పుడు ఫ్రీడమ్ వస్తుంది మనకి.. 

మనం అప్పటివరకు ఇలాంటి సొసైటీ లో నే ఉంటాము..అప్పుడు #SaveGirlchild అనే మనం వామ్మో ఇలాంటి సొసైటీ లోక నా కూతురుని తీసుకొని వస్తున్నాము అని every Second బయపడుతూనే ఉంటాం...

Teach your children how to behave with a girl?
Tell Moral value stories?
Tell your kid every girl is your sister?
Teach your kid how to help others?

Why government is not focused on liquor shops?

We need to speak.We need to fight with government to restrict the liquor sales.Its not ashamed to say because its a big truth about what our Indian government is doing.So many leaders changed but this liquor sales hasn't changed Even liquor sales increasing year by year.Government completely depend on the liquor revenue to pay their dues.

                                  We elect leaders to help us.when will the government get it right.Government says don't drink and drive then why government encouraging more liquor shops.He couldn't control 

over his body after he had drunk an alcohol.How they will drive the vehicle?Immediately they will come to the roads   they will do accidents.Who will responsible for these accidents either government or liquor shops?.

Where is the justice in INDIA??

In india, Under minority people can  do robbery,rape whatever it is it doesn't matter that accused person will be released soon.This is indian law. how ashamed laws it was?These all laws and rules are applicaple only in india.
                       That girl she struggled for survival, first in Delhi and then in a hospital in Singapore. She died of her injuries 13 days later.NIRBHAYA'S mother had promised to her daughter she would fight for her but now she said she had failed.

Not only Nirbhaya in everyday some where women was kidnapped,raped,missing but we won't get justice in India. Is this society we needs?These political leaders we want?Where is the justice?ashamed in India as a Indian.
Even people are scared to give a birth to girl child because of Indian society.

 

In UP,recently we read an article in newspaper 28 day old infant raped.what type of society.she was just born baby how rudely he had done.Hanged him immediately.In India cases,courts everything is surrounding in behind so many laws.

                                 In such cases media will be interviewed accused people and If media will ask why? accused person replied,Women who go out at night have only themselves to blame in case they attract attention of male molesters.Disgusting answers they were told.

                                    Even corruption got released,drunk&drive  and hit& drive cases also released because they are having money in India only we can bought any thing even justice also.so that's why may be goddess of justice eyes always tied up with a cloth because she can't see justice.

Why women Should accept change??Why not men???

After a long time i'm writing again..why women should compromise and why women should accept change in her lives.Is it necessary in this society.

    she is a princess for her parents.Little doll for her brothers/sister.she is a very precious for them.but why you people send her to another house..All are telling this is our tradition women can't stay after some time  at mom's place.Is this responsibility for her ??

      

       After she got married everything has been changed in her life..Now her parents and sibblings were others.We can't live at home with out a mom/dad for one day.With whom i fought/play jokes in this new house..But here we can stay life long now on wards this is our's house.

Before the day what ever you want you can do,life was easy going.Lots of freedom,your decissions was wanted.After married,each and every step we need to think before we opened our mouth.

               In our society,Whether it is love or arranged but same issues we faced,because we love the boy but you get married to the whole family.We were expected to change and adapt the new life style.No body cares about how you feel in that moment.Because this is decades culture. 

            

                    The facts remains that you will remain an outsider for your husband's family all your life.The money matters  and family secrets will all be discussed behind closed doors.But after that also you must feel comfortable.Another very strange thing especially for women the moment you get married people ask you to give them a "Good News".Its not a Automatic Process.Its a responsibility how difficult that to understand.Lastly you may have an amazing and understanding husband but will he ever hear any problem that you are facing at his place -No.He will ask you to adjust..

          These all are not applicable for men because of "HE".He can do anything.If he won't give value/respect to wife parent's it doesn't a matter.

               My intention is not to scare anyone.Indian In-Laws fail to understand that daughter-in-law is not a villian here to take away your son.Show your love towards her she will love you back whole heartedly.Take one step forward she will give Care,Love and kindness unconditionally.She will creates to your world.Let marriage be a beautiful thing to happen not a burden for her.

why techies commits suicides??

Today i was opened Facebook i saw a shocking news one of my friend who is working in software industry commits a suicide...R.I.P vaishnavi..

                          Do you still believe IT industry is cool !!! that IT employees have a super good life style and less stress compared to other industries its totally wrong.Although its true software engineers enjoy hefty salaries,but nothing in this world comes complementary.Most IT companies knows very well how to take out the "JUICE" of a person who they are paying so well..

                                 

                        They are always working with machines at last those are completely convert to machines.They are forgotten and one day they said "OH!!we are human-beings"..
                     
                      We all are having goals and ambitions about our career..But these are nothing more than about our life..when we are happy with our lives..if we get a job in a MNC we live happily..But we don't know behind the fact they give lakhs of salary offered at the same time they are taking your happiness..your depression and stress levels increased..

                          IT has nothing to do with science...Techies are whole bunch of unhappy guys are working there..They are not really happily with their lives..I read everyday in newspaper some where,some techie commits suicide..That the majority of software engineers were unhappy..life must be terrible for them..

Latest  "IT" trend follows in our country.I'm not saying that employment of IT sector is negative in anyway.The reality bites are so different after seeing my husband.he is working in IT sector.i was sort out things in SOFTWARE INDUSTRY.IT sector best explanation is "Stress,depressed but well-dressed".

 Almost have their tags around their neck or in their belts all the time, even when they are out of work. When they walks, when they eat, when they  drink or when they are waiting for a cab. Only few of us are born with silver spoon and rest of us are born with our tags. Sounds funny, but a real fact.SE's favourite website is google and other search engines.if one day search engines goes down-almost every software company is going to face a productivity loss.Teamwork is one common word hear from SE's.In simple terms if they are not derive programatically that sum of one and one is two they are just writes the program that sums five,ten and twenty form it.But don't ask them how it comes or why we do it.Its a Teamwork.SE's favourite food is anything junk.I meant they like pizzas,burgers etc more than a healthy and proper food.Their clients not only influenced by their work what they give them, they also influenced by their food habits and culture.
                             They are talking such things like that,we don't want to wasting my times or we don'tlike climbing couple of floors chating with friends.because just they are using their company local software chat or public software chat talk with their friends.“Monday morning blues” – a terminology every software engineer feels. A sense of dizziness or laziness on every Monday morning which prevents us being productive at an higher extent. And if it happens, such that we had to work on the week ends the terminilogy is slightly changed to “Monday morning darkness”. Sounds like a horror movie name, but its a horror only a software engineer feels.
SE's english sometimes so peculiar like-
- Whatcha ya wanna do on a odd day like dis with a damn bug like tat??
- I am fighting hard with this OutOfMemoryException(worst than a software engineer’s wife as i'm SE's wife).
- Could I buy some of your time?(Its too costly and not for sale)

- You better shut down(instead of shut up).
- I have a personal work, I need to ctrl+f9 or f9 home(run home).
Status reviews,Client conferences,Team lunch these are called official meetings but the truth behind is they have sometime to talk with another person and somone talks with another one..Its the time for relax.

                                    They are so obsessed to binaries, that’s zeroes and ones that most of us remain as a ZERO or a ONE in life in this career.They never tend to be striking a balance between a zero and one. I think,our lives much be better than these digital lives.
